Dave Powell is a multi-award-winning drone photographer based in South Wales, known for his ability to capture breathtaking landscapes and architectural wonders from the sky. With over a decade of experience, Dave blends creativity with precision to tell powerful visual stories from above. His work spans from sweeping coastal cliffs to historical estates and bustling cityscapes — each photo thoughtfully composed to highlight the essence of the location. Whether at golden hour or in the moody light of winter, Dave’s style is defined by emotion, symmetry, and atmosphere. Dave's photography has been published in major magazines and featured in national exhibitions, earning recognition for both artistic merit and technical excellence. His aerial series on the Welsh coastline was recently shortlisted in an international competition. In addition to commissioned shoots, Dave is passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of drone pilots. He hosts workshops and community events to share his skills and promote safe, creative drone use.
