Evdoxia Fasoula was born in Athens in 1976. A forensic document examiner, and Doctor of Law from the University of Munich with a specialization in criminal law and juvenile criminology, she also shares her knowledge through teaching at universities and professional institutions. Her path into photography began at the University of Urbino in Italy, where she focused on forensic photography—macro and micro imagery—an art she continues to practice professionally as an expert witness in court. In recent years, her lens has turned toward the street. Through workshops and courses in Greece and abroad, she has immersed herself in street photography and the broader visual arts. In the field of street photography, she has trained under Nikos Ekonomopoulos, Julia Coddington, and Vineet Vohra. Her work has been shown in Greek and international group exhibitions (RomePhotoLab 2024, 2025, Moments Collective – Hellenic American Association 2024, Moments Collective/Ifocus - Italian Cultural Institute of Athens 2026, Street Badass Paris 2025, Street Conclave & Shades of a Woman/Alpido, Rome 2025, 100 Years 100 Women Paris 2024, Ballarat and A Wall of Women by Women 2023) as well as featured in photography magazines and communities both in Greece and internationally. Beyond photography, she curates communication and art projects for the Athenian Perispomeni publishing house, directed by her brother, Sotiris Fasoulas. Her written work spans from studies on language and writing to explorations of photographic and photo-optical media (ed. Ant. N. Sakkoulas, Athens, 2007), culminating in the bilingual photo–graphology album Urban Graphemes (Improvisations)—a journey through the wall writings and inscriptions of the city, from graffiti to street art (ed. Perispomeni, Athens, 2018). She is the co_founder of @ifocus_women community, a member and moderator of the international collectives @Rromastreet, @kalopsia_collective, and @moments_collective.
